Of course when something really good happens (IE, you win a war, you catch a terrorist, your team wins the game...) sure, you're gonna watch... but boy, you are gonna watch when a plane explodes/train crashes/many people die somewhere whith much more enthusiasim...

It doesn't mean you're a bad person... it just means that you're human...

The Media tends to show the negative. When was the last time you saw a story on a happily married couple, yet they just interviewed Mary K and Villi Falau. When was the last time you saw a story on someone who gave up to the police with out trying to excape, yet you see police pursuits on the News all the time. When was the last time you saw a story about a Gang Banger helping someone out, yet you hear about Gang Bangers killing people often. When was the last time a released rapist who didn't re offend make the news, but everytime a rapist reoffends, it makes the news. Catch my drift. Sure, if the war ended that would be big news, CAUSE IT IS NEWS. Happy and Alive Iraqis are not news. Dead and Unhappy Iraqis is news.
