Anyway, I only brought that up because Red was defending dropping the bombs and killing 100's of thousands of Japenese with the argument "What about the 100's of men killed in Pearl Harbor?". Actually, it is much different then going on a killing rampage in harlem. The difference is that the black man is subject to the laws of the state. The black man should have been tried in court and suffered his punishment. The white person should as well.

The act of agression by a nation of the world against another is an act of war. Plain and simple. Also remember that Pearl Harbor is not the only place that Japenses killed Americans. There was a whole war for almost 6 years. Lots of poeple dies on both sides.

Look at the timeline here (http://www.historyplace.com/worldwar...ne/ww2time.htm) , and scroll down to dec 7, 1941. The US and Britian declare war AFTER the pearl harbor bombing.

Well, in WWII there IS a difference between US and UK, as P3rv3rt B3ar mentioned, UK declared war to Nazi Germany in 1939, US declares war in 1941 after Pearl Harbor. If Japan hadn't attacked the US, perhaps US had never have interveined in WWII. . .
