everyone has an opinion. im not sure i agree. a debate/argument is one thing. trying to win an argument/debat by slander is another. People argue all the time and no one expects to get along with everyone 100% of the time. i didnt see red or wired do anything but express an opinion.

not ignorant at all. what his comment said to me is,"go here the people here suck". Its one thing to send someone to say howardforums for a phone issue since its a totally different forum. another saying go to this other forum thats about the same thing, its better.

it would be the same thing if i was standing in a ford dealership but i was selling hondas for a dealership elsewhere. Its ethically not right. yet im dumb for pointing it out. ooooo..... kkkkk.....

Dont u get it? Its Scouse, he has 10,000+ posts. If one of them is out of line so what? I bet if we look trough your 100 posts theres one which is out of line. That would mean that your out of line percentige is 100 times his.

actually i think scouse did write is as if you notice he has taken a few breaks from the forum lately.

yes i believe he knows he went over the top but do i think he regrets it? not a chance.

He has been round here longer than most who are still here and while he is probably ashamed that he resorted to language the way he did i am pretty sure he did it due to being so down right annoyed with the way things are going.

The attitudes on here stink quite frankly and there is no need for it. If you dont like someone asking for help then ignore it. someone will answer them. The amount of information on this forum is now overwhelming. Back 2 years ago when i started things were a lot simpler yet spoon feeding went on back then.

There is a natural progression of people on here:

1. people come in and dont know much and learn. Peope learn in different ways and at different speeds.

2. People get to know more and then they take over the basic questions and help new people

3. they get more and more involved so move up the ladder. leaving their successors to take over.

4. Occasionally they go back into the newbie section and keep an eye on things.

5. Eventually they leave. what they have done and learnt and taught has been passed on.

now where it goes wrong is number 4 - people go in and bash.

now let me put this to you:

If a brain surgeon wanted to install a carPC but knew nothing about PCs would you flame him for asking? most people probably these days. But if that person went to see the brain surgeon with a tumor and he said "i'm not going to tell you were the tumor is but here is a medicine book

I'm sorry, adding fuel to the fire. So, since Scouse was going off, to save him fro getting banned Red and I should have just shut up.

Makes no sense to me. If he can't control himself, then he gets banned. Show me what you think I should be band for?

i guess you also let things get to you and resort to name callings. if your talking 1% not being 1000 but 100 yes i know. but i also have read alot of posts from scouse. his ratio is more at 10%. no need to call names.

and yes if a brain surgeon came here and asked how to put a pc in his car i would ask him the same question. so you know how to build a pc. if the answer is no, i would tell him to learn that first. i really dont car that hes a brain surgeon i care that he doesnt know the basics and should learn them regardless of what degree he holds or what he does for a living.
