I don't think you see what i am saying, and Im not sure I understand the last part of what you posted... I am just saying that the value of USA's GNP doesn't mean anything to the Mexican's crossing the border, or the Russian's who you say never cross your's. It's like saying someone from an apple orchard want's to still an orange from the next door grove because the orange has less calories, the fact of the calories in the fruit most likely had nothing to do with his decsion to steal the orange. That's all I am saying.

Yes u r damn right!!!!! Its horrible, i hate the cold and snow, im always depressed n winter... My dream is to live like birds... to fly back Funland only for summer and spend whole winter on south. This year was first i carried it out :P

But more in the topic its damn cold in russia too... besides we have common medicine for that: Vodka!!!

I'd heard from a couple of sources that the Finns are a miserable, sarcastic people.

It makes sense.. I'd be that way too if I lived in an arctic climate.

There are different between Russians going to Finland and Mexicans going to US.
Most Russians going to Finland because of political (communism) and/or economic reasons ...
Most Mexican going to US because of economic reason.....

If you really live under communism, you know the value of freedom. People paying their life to seek freedom.

I "assume" the Russian are the same (before the breakup of the Soviet empire).
I assume that you also have a taste of communism also. If not, ask your parents.

And if you still believe that all people leave their country for economic reason, google for Boat Peope.
And yes, there are always people who leave their country to seek for better economic opportunity.

And yes, I do hate political ****.
