how was the water that it pulled back up? did it make it any better?

if you did that and you didn't get any better results, then yes, I can see the dye being the next option

IT got better, but not as much as i thought. The water that came back black, but as you can see those brown spot and its annoying me. I still think that there is something i can do to take it out tho.

how many times have you done it?

many times I've had to do it over and over, you might consider getting a spray bottle of Oxy stuff and use that on top of the normal bissell stuff too.

i'd be putting some tfr on it
then washing out with lots of water

you can't wash it with lots of water, the metal on the bottom will rust.
