People tend to forget about that whole "in a crosswalk" part.
And guess what...if they're crossing against a light, even if they're in a crosswalk...SMACK...cuz if they're crossing against a light, it ain't a LEGAL crosswalk. Don't ya just love legalese.
Of course, I asked a cop about that...he said I could smack the guy, I wouldn't be ticketed for failure to yield...I'd be smacked for reckless driving ONLY if they felt I should have been able to avoid the guy.
