    Puzzle time

    1. only two people on the raft at one time.

    2. The Father cannot stay with the Daughters without the Mother's presence.

    3. The Mother cannot stay with the Sons without the Father's presence.

    4. The Criminal (striped Black & White Top) cannot stay with a family
    member without the policeman there.

    5. Only Father, Mother and the Policeman know how to operate the raft.
