it's obviously some sort of a bug since you haven't paid the previous months balance. Good thing you got a screen print of it though... might be able to have them credit your account if you're lucky.

I might be over sometime next year. My mate Rob, the guy with the 350z, has just celebrated the birth of his 1st son so I will pop over to 'wet' the baby's head. I'll definitely let you know when I'm coming.

You over paid the last time you submitted a payment.
You can submit a request for a return of over paid funds.
Ebay will send you a check for the amount, but it will take a few weeks.
