Microsoft's DRM cracked again?

I guess a program is out now called fairuse4wm that lets you unprotect DRM protected files that you have legally purchased.

It's amazingly fast too. It'll do 11 songs in a matter of seconds.

No way man, this is great. All those albums I buy from Yahoo Music I can now throw in the car and use with CentraFuse (until DRM is supported there...) without the hassle of burning to a cd and re-ripping, or using some other conversion tool like soundtaxi, that takes forever.

EDIT: and I guess if you were a little shady, you could use it to steal from Yahoo Music, if you have a subscription that lets you download and listen to them off-line. But nobody here does that.

hmm so does this include those certain videos you download that you can't watch unless you buy a license?!?!

Nope, still have to have the license to remove the DRM. But say for instance you rent a movie from movielink.com or something like that, and want to transfer it to your modded xbox so you can watch it on the big screen instead of your 17" pc monitor. This would work perfect in that situation. Just make sure to delete it off your box when your license expires. Usually 24 hours from when you first start to watch it.
