The thread may have been another individuals ideas, but DP didn't instruct anyone to bring those kinds of statements into this.

actually i lurked here for a good year on and off before i ever decided to get an account.

its not love or hate. its the simple fact that if something is wrong its wrong.

and whats going on is wrong. and i see it as an abuse of powers.

a joke was made, maybe in poor taste, but a joke in a thread called bash a mod and win a prize which was made by a mod.

and what happened was not sexual harrasment. for those of you taking things way to far with your power. heres the definition. I guess i should use this smilie for you.

I seen no advance made. simple a joke of bad taste if you want to be technical about the whole thing.

As for this accusation - I did no such thing.

The owner of this board saw the issue and took it upon himself and banned the users.

Be sure that you know the facts before you start accusing people.

To the others: regarding the comments, no, there were two individuals who made the comments.

Chris31 - perhaps you should take a little closer look. I have no problem apologizing, saying I'm wrong, or that I'm sorry. I've done it numerous times on here and elsewhere. I can't help the fact that you have decided to be selective in what you read and what you comprehend.

yren - Growing a thicker skin has little to do with the fact that I (as well as others) believe that the comments made were out of line and were completely uncalled for. They were nothing short of immature and childish.

I can take most any joke with the best of them, however, when such comments are made, it's over the line.

I still fail to see how I'm so wrong for stepping up and saying that I don't appreciate it. I guess a woman should just sit back and shut up and take it, isn't that right?
