    Trans-Ams/Cameros/etc. are either muscle cars (or for the V6) GT cars. Same with Mustangs. Sports cars are things like the Shelby Cobra, various British roadsters, Lotus(es), and yes, RX-7s.

    not so long ago (six months) high octane was around $1.29 and now it is around $1.59...

    Regular grade gasoline (86) is around $.30 less on average (this is pretty much the same no matter how much fuel prices fluctuate)..

    That's here in New Jersey, in the shaddows of New York City

    We have about the best prices in the Union.. some states are .30-.50 more than here (I pray not too much more than that!)

    edit: Our fuel prices are generally per gallon (~3.75L)

    A good price for regular in Chicago was ~1.59 last I looked, and I think I paid ~1.85 for premium the other day.

    aussie fuel prices

    well you guys got it cheap !!!!

    1 us gallon or 3.75 lt of shell optimax (98 octane) will cost us about $3.30 AUDwith the exchange rate thats about $1.80 US

    p.s. does my car class as a sports car ;-))
