    good place for web hosting and domain name?

    Hey guys,

    I'm trying to set up a website for my Demo Reel (avi most likely) and my Resume as well as some other various things. I'm just not sure what a good company to go with is. I don't need them to design the webpage, i can most likely do that (if that makes a difference)

    any help here?

    scott i always use www.globat.com

    never had any issues with them.. ive hosted thru them for 5 years now. plenty of bang for the buck. storage and transfer wise.

    i use www.godaddy.com and ive have pretty much 100% uptime with them for a couple of years. No problems at all.

    wow they have really good prices. i'm going to look into them a bit more. thanks. anyone hear anything about 1&1??
