Ah, I see your reputation for being a deuschbag is right on.

But yeah, that's true. You can use its internet connection to get online with your PC, or use your PCs internet connection to get online with it (via reverse DUN). But he's talking about using Phoco, or RRmobile.

Pointing out a way that the Treo can be used makes me a douchebag (please note the correct spelling)? Pointing out your factual error makes me a douchebag?

And nobody said anything about using the Treo650 with RRMobile until long after I posted. The question about using a Treo650 with a vehicle install was posed, nothing more. The question was answered, then later re-qualified.

Sorry for doing something to provide information when it's requested. If you have issue with that, then you're in teh wrong forum, buddy.

No, it's your tone, the fact you you know that and pretend not to, and the fact that you obviously have mod-powers on the brain. MP3car seems to attract and abet mods like yourself, ~38 year old men who choose names like "DarquePervert," who revel in the ability to send an "infraction" to anyone who slights them in response to their own disrespectful conduct.

how can you tell someones tone when all you can see is text?

Sir, I suggest you calm down a bit. There is no use in brining your antics over here from other forums. It speaks poorly of your personality and of the other forum.

Again, I ask... How was my response in any way disrespectful?

First of all, you have no clue as to the origins of my online moniker. Yet you're going to assume that I'm a homosexual or a child molester or whatever vile image you concoct when you hear the word "pervert". I highly suggest you look it up in a dictionary. Focus on the definition that is a verb.

Second, my tone was blunt. I said that your prior statement was, in fact incorrect and I clarified that. Yes, there was a qualifier by the OP, but that was unstated until after my statement. Is that disrespectful? How so?

Third, you received an infraction because I wasn't 100% certain that you got into the name-calling game. In my eyes it was a grey area. Had it been blatant, you'd get a 3-day vacation, period. No questions asked. Do not pass Go. Do not collect $200. That's standard punishment for anyone who starts hurling insults.

I've moved this thread to its own in OT so this matter isn't going to clutter up someone's thread where they wanted answers to a question.... Something I do out of respect for the new guy who wants assistance.

how do you he is "brining his antics" from another forum? Does anyone that says something about or challenges a mod, automatically become catogarized as coming from another forum to start trouble here?
