Yes, I'm blind and stupid (Photoshop issue)

We'll I recently formatted my desktop, and reinstalled photoshop (CS2).
The problem is, no edges gets sharp any longer

Even when i draw a simple line the edge gets blurred...

I've not changed anything at all after installing. I've tried googling and looking around in photoshop but could'nt find nothing...

Does anybody have any idea what might cause this?

Is the anti-aliased checkbox unchecked?

there's a checkbox for anti-alias in the top bar... uncheck it.
