I'm a toyota guy. See the thing about toyota is this- if they die, its not "probably" the owner's fault. the owner tried to kill it. Like purposefully and willfully or ignorantly tried to kill it. I think they make the best motors. Cars on the other hand...we love the supra...insane motor. we love the ls460L and the SC430. i dunno. toyota's got it in my book

Kind of like the top gear episodes with the 1984 Diesel pickup that just wouldn't die. When I worked as an installer, Toyotas were the easiest. Always came apart easy and always went back together perfectly. That's an A+ in my book. Not exactly a pretty car but well thought out.

lol, seriously, i have to say that the world forgets what the US did and why it has it's "empire" today. no other country was as pivotal in turning the tide of not one, but TWO world wars. They've policed this side of the world since the 1800s, helped liberate many countries, and supported aid to every democratic country at the end of world war 2. American dollars literally kept the world together while places like england and france were rebuilding...but why?
USSR.
We became the other superpower against the soviets and the communist regime. we supported governments as the soviets attempted to fund communist coups. In return for our military support, we got a stake in their government. yeah, we just did business liek the mob, but hey, atleast te world isn't a big nuclear wasteland. I'm not saying everything america did was right, but i'm saying that they have the power because they earned it in the last generation cleaning up messes taht other countries who've renigged on their words, like *cough* england *cough* and cause certain conflicts *Cough* middle east crisis *cough* drawing lines in the sand at whim*cough* and started a powder keg that today is consuming the whole world *cough* international terrorism *cough*, seem to forget.
US isn't the starting cause of all of their problems. Alot of people have to realize what their governments did. Like the gaza strip...it wasn't israel's fault entirely...it was one stupid overzealous general who didn't listen to his superiors and at the end of the 6 days war went in there anyways...but then again, if the muslim countries of the world hadn't started amassing armies against that poor little country...and we can go back to england and world war 1.
anyways, i say this as someone who's not a citizen of the US and is third party. I dont' agree with some things the US has done, btu they aren't as bad as the world makes them out to believe. They're victims of a mess they didn't start and have to control.
BACK TO CARS!!!!!
get a toyota engine that follows after the legacy of the supra, with great gas mileage and nice power and performance, give it true german engineering for on road performance and handling, use sino-american space age materials and technology--and pomp--for sensors and in dash entertainment and comfort, european internet contectivity, and military toughness...carputer and all...
and put it all in a hard top convertible aston martin styled shell...
you guys know what i'm talkin about...
then add a nice big freakin gun on top like in Halo!!!!
