Instanly Chat with other board members!

So I saw this on another forum, its a website that lets you chat with other members/visitors on any website. Its called gabbly.com. all you do is add 'gabbly.com/' in front of any URL.

So now we have a chat client for this forum, I don't like using the IRC channel because its always dead.

There 3 different view options, you can make it transparent as well. You can still navigate the site while the chat window is open.

kinda cool. there was some chat software that was actually a part of the forum on another website i was on. logged you in with your board username and all, but they took it down beacuse it caused issues or something..

DP or Red, how about getting a link to this on the main page or somewhere people can access it easily. I think I might be pretty useful and might cut down on some threads.

I think this is a good idea but I would just like to clarify something.

The reason that the irc channel is dead, it that people come on and see that noone is chatting within 5 minutes and think the channel is dead then leave. How about people get on the channel and get talking.
There is usually about 25 people on the channel on a permanent basis. Now just because they are on the channel all day doesn't mean they are sitting at their computer. I do talk to people on the channel when I am around. We just need more people to chat.
