Any way to jam a stereo system that plays CDs.

Build one of these, and aim it at his window. That will kill any electronics he's got. But don't go there carrying a cell phone or car alarm, unless you don't want those to work either

no really you should just talk to him about it. if you call the cops your just going to **** him off and he will keep doing it. and there is no other Legal way to stop him

You can jam loudspeakers. But its like $2k on ebay and I havent seen one for sale lately. If you had the cash you could screw with stereo systems.

noise laws are from what 9 pm till 8 am.. if he is out jammin at 3 or 4 in the morning .. go out and jam to what ever at 8 in the morning.. as loud as you can.. at 8 in the morn you are doing it legely so they cant say a dam thing about it.. but doin it for 15 minutes dosent work..... you have to do it for 4 hrs.. so from 8 am till noon blast the crap outa your stereo so they cant sleep... then you got even perfectly legaly!!! been there done that.. they even had the nerve of calling the police on me.. hahaha
