LOL this OT thread is gone WAAAAAAAAAY OT:lol: From crappy American cars, over crappy American shoes, to crappy American food.... And now we're at short nights sleep and school
supersize me - got me to change my life. the only fast foods i "eat" now are: taco bell (you can actually ask them to make you something healthy), starbucks (iced coffees with skim milk no sugar) and subway sandwiches - maybe once a week. everything else is off limits.
not only that, i gave up all meats, dairy and even bread for like 6 months. that got me from about 240 to 183 pounds - while walking (and eventually running) 2 miles a night, 5 nights a week.
never again am i gonna be the fat kid ^_^
Vegetables - all types - probably had everything that grows on the earth in various form: raw, steamed, grilled (with non-fat oil/butter spray), etc. I would seriously have like 1-2 pounds of fruit and/or veggies for every meal. i was stuffed like crazy after every meal - 1 huge (sometimes 2) huge glasses of water with each meal.
desserts = only fruit. rarely i would go for tastey delite ice cream but $6 for ice cream is a rip off ;]
til this day, almost 2 years later, i still haven't had chicken/beef/turkey, etc. i JUST RECENTLY started eating fish again.
subway sandwiches were my weekly "binge" - have a huge sandwich on wheat bread but chock full of veggies til the point that the sandwich couldn't close! l0l0l .
NO DRESSINGS - NO MAYO (since it's dairy), no sauces/ketchup, etc.
the more "simple" things you put into your body (fruits, veggies, water, etc) - the better the results you see in your body.
and the 2 mile runs per night were nothing - 2 miles is like 25-30 minutes of exercise. since i was having very low cal stuff (my diet was maybe 1000-1300 calories a day - normal people eat 2000 on average), the results i got were awesome.
the more strict you are with your body the better you look. and that means giving up everything that you eat/drink/dream about now.
sad but true.
i went from never dating/ never having girls to having soooo many girls. i finally started being happy in my 20s and thank haters / mean people everywhere for motivating me. all the kids in my HS that used to make fun of me or not talk to me because of my weight all turned into fat ****s less than 10 years after high school. how ironic!
Most kids today are brought up by their parents to eat junks. I mean what do parent buy their kids? icecream, sweets, macdonalds, anything crap really. Hardly any parents feed their kids proper foods. It is very hard to change eating habbits for the kids that have been conditioned to eat all those junks for years.
I started eating much healthier food for the last 5 years, its not easy but Im getting there bit by bit. If I could go veggie all the way I would, but I think that be too hard :D
Im not overweight, I only weigh 140lb, just dont want to become a fatty, most of the guys I know are like overweight by late 20s, they lost their hair by early 30s
