Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?

When I was in the army we had these packets of food , we had to boil water and put them in. The food tasted like crap , it was the sort of food that was in a box for 5 years before you get to eat it.

Anyways, tons of people would get food poisoning from eating that crap. Im guessing they add those chemicals directly in the food

Oh and we got random rations of foods, so some people would fight others to get their food lol. Some of them didn't taste bad, like the ham/pineapple breakfast.

Really? Cool! I didn't know that. We drive cross country all the time, all the only stop we have seen them in was the Route 66 one! I can take pics of the 1 I have... I had one. Never again will I eat one, but I will keep them because the expiration date is like 50 years from now!
