    OS X missing file issue

    Hi there

    Only just come across OpenMobile

Have been struggling for years with xhub and now the antiquated but kind of cool Mac AMP

Anyway I then noticed this, and rapidly downloaded it, and then downloaded mono (when i was confused as to how to run an .exe

However when I try and run it I get the following error

Unhandled Exception: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly '/Applications/OpenMobile-0.5/Plugins/System.Data.SQLite, Version=1.0.65.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=db937bc2d44ff139.dll' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
    File name: '/Applications/OpenMobile-0.5/Plugins/System.Data.SQLite, Version=1.0.65.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=db937bc2d44ff139.dll'

I assume it's down to the lack of this sqlite file. Any ideas where I would get one to fix this or how i would generate one?

I should add this is on a i7 mbp, and the actual install will happen on a ppc g4 mac mini.

I have also discovered that the sqlite.dll is downloadable, I have done this and put it into the plugins folder as requested by the error, but the same thing occurs.

The actual required file is sqlite3.dylib although I can't seem to find a compiled binary.

This is fixed quite a bit in the upcoming 0.7 release which relies on Mono.Sqlite instead (aka mono installs this file instead of us having to bundle precompiled binaries for x86, x64 and PPC).

    Ah ok!

So basically just wait for 0.7?

As all that stuff is pretty much over my head!

You've been a great help and if it does work, I'd love to make a donation! (Especially if it has ipod support)

Hey Mr Crazy, if you take a look at the other threads, release candidate 1 is with the bug testers now...so it's pretty much an any day now thing!
