0.8 Openmoible.exe ran fine on my home system (couple of years old) as far as I could test it. Were do it get omplayer for linux? however, the "run me 1st" app didn't run for me. I am using (on this box) Mandriva 2010.1 (64 bit version). I will try it on my slower carputer tomorrow.

I have a 1.3Ghz with 512Ram and on board video, I'll download this and run it tomorrow and put it through the tests. I think this is about the slowest board on here so It should be a good base line. I'll also get the bug.txt for you guys if it crashes.

conveniently, I was reformatting my carpc today, so i put a fresh install of win7-x86 on there, and tried the 0.8... got the same white boxes that others were describing. The buttons functioned fine, but just didn't draw anything in them.

Put 0.7 on there, and it seems to be functioning alright. Have some issues with HD Radio playback.. well, playback is fine, but I can't get it to change bands... also can't seem to get it to switch sources to Pandora either.

win7 has definitely been tested (even the 0.8 link here) as working fine by quite a few users so lets try to narrow down a cause here. Did you install your actual video card drivers or just let windows use generic ones?

i first tried with the basic windows drivers... then tried the windows update drivers (this is a crappy Intel GMA on my Atom330 board). I have not tried the actual Intel supplied drivers yet. That will be my next job.

I know intel pulled all hardware acceleration support out of its drivers for vista (huge uproar a year or so ago)...but it should all be fixed now. I have to find a dev that actually has intel integrated hardware though to figure out the cause or a possible workaround.

Yeh, newest drivers installed directly from intel site, and no change. Works great on my nvidia powered 64bit machine.

Could it have something to do with x86 vs x64? Works on my x64 machine, but not x86. Although this is an apples to oranges comparison because my 64 is nvidia, and 86 is intel gma, both onboard.
