I was thinking about updating to win7 soon.
Last estimate we got was $1600 for licensing fees alone on bluetooth...until we get that we can't license the audio decoders necessary to even start.
You can already control the volume by using the function button on a mouse or keyboard.
Gestures are designed to be dots not lines...lines would look very strange with 0.9's multi-touch support.
Features for 0.9 will be announced as completed but the development roadmap is currently being kept internal to developers.
Does pandora work in a web browser on your carPC? are you using the pdanet free version to tether which blocks secure connections?

Pandora works with my regular firefox or explorer browser, just doesnt work in OM using the plugin. i just use media net on my wm6.5 phone (jack). also it nothing to do with the way i tether it, cause even if i connect to my home network by using wi-fi it still does not work. so the out come is pandora works through all browsers but not through OM. Pandora works on my laptop in OM and on my firefox and explorer browsers which runs vista.
I have a registered copy of PDAnet and like I said before I can run Pandora on windows but not in open mobile I am running windows 7 ultimate 32 bit
Sometimes when I start Pandora on open mobile the system starts like its going to play but then stops and the only thing I can do is close open mobile none of the other tabs on the home screen are click-able until I do a restart of windows

I have another question when you are using the Garmin plugin for nav is there anyway to access a touch screen keyboard to enter your destination?
Not sure if you were asking me?
There is currently no real (ie; released) Garmin plugin. I hear there are plans for it.
I use Garmin PC via the External Nav plugin. Actually designed to let you run any external app with a window inside/over top of OM. Apparently it is just a quick and dirty way to handle nav for now. It works. I can fire up GMPC. But no, you don't get an OSK to use. You still have to use a keyboard, for now. The windows built-in OSK may be usable but I have not tried that. I pretty much set up all my typical destinations as Favorites and be done with it. Enter a one-off destination before you hit the road.
And there are other annoyances with my current method: if you try to adjust your media volume while GMPC is overlayed, you can't. I've blasted my ears a couple times. You have to basically touch HOME, get to the menu, to put GMPC in the background, then adjust things.
But like I said, it is doable for now until the plugin has been released.
Cheers,
John
