Is it Open Mobile, or OpenMobile?

I came across this from WebOS nation site, and I was wondering if this is the same OM FE that is here/or part of?

Just curious because I do own a HP Touchpad, and this looks pretty sweet!

That does seem to be an amazing coincidence. However I dont believe that justchat is involved in that one. and ours is OpenMobile. The two really are not similar either. But it leaves me wondering if there will be a conflict with the naming.

Copy-write or Trade mark infringement?

I'm really not sure how it works with GPL. Plus outside of this project, there appears to be at least 2 other similar names.
