    yes it does

    1. Boot with EWF enabled.
    2. Hibernate
    3. Reboot.

    From then on, just shutdown and you will restart from the hibernation point.
    EWF, HORM, MinLogon on XP.

    Thanks for the heads up on that. I guess I'll be partitioning my drive so the un-writable part of the disk is a small part of the drive.
