nope, but unlike garmin mobile, you can raise the voice volume so you can definitely hear it with the music. i'm dying to see what nav Centrafuse 3.0 is going to officially use. people have modded Sygic Drive to mute Centrafuse by sending a hotkey. i haven't messed around with Sygic cuz usa maps seem elusive.Originally Posted by drummerian

I'd focus on hibernate for the shortest boot time possible. With that same motherboard and a 5400 rpms notebook hard drive mine boots up in 5-7 seconds.
Have you checked the NavTeq navigation in StreetDeck 2? I use it and find it extremely easy to use, as does the wife. The gestureing system, imo, makes it very easy and safe to use while driving.

i like in the UK and as far as i am aware streetdeck is US only?
Whats the best igo solution to embed it into CF? i've seen a couple out there...
i used the iGo centrafuse helper apps solution with Spawn's latest 800x430 iGo version so i don't need to use igozoomer. using igozoomer has some bugs with button presses and poi search updates.
i edited the reg file to load igopc instead of igozoomer. also, i edited the y position value in igo's sys_pc.txt file to place the window as i posted earlier.
since you're in the uk, check out this sygic drive thread. you can get it to mute centrafuse.
would you say sygic is worth going with then since i am a UK'er
