    Who is good with Photoshop?

I hope this is OK to ask, but cam someone make me a boot up screen?

I'd like to use this picture and edit out the grass if it looks like $hit.

And the works "Honda" and "performance" in a handwriting style under it.

Get me? I really got to learn to use the program.

    Thanks for the help,
    Speg

Well, if it's inapporpriate, I'll remove it. I just thought I'd see if anyone who likes doing this stuff could help me out.

And I was in that post, but I couldn't start this topic in there.

What you prolly need is a decent picture to start with.

Assuming you have a cheap digital camera good start will be at night, under a street lamp, camera quite far back, zooming in to about 80-100mm 35mm equivalent, at about 20 degree angle side on the car, camera about 2 ft from the ground, spill a lil water in front of the car to get a little reflection if you want too, make sure nothing is in the background, oh and use clean tarmac with no kerbs in shot,m lines on road or drains.

Er, and might help if you use flash as well for fill in, use maximum exposure you can (or is required), decent enough apaeture do whole car front>back is in crisp focus, and stick the sidelights and hazards on, interiour light should help a little too.

    Then, you won't need photoshopping

Well first of all think about BIOS logo: its limitation is 640/480x256 colors and depending on motherboard (or better to say on BIOS components within BIOS BIN file), the biggest limitation can be size of compressed bitmap file you create. So its obviously wrong to think you will be able to have hires/hicolor picture of your car as BIOS logo. Therefor I believe quality of pic above is not a main concern then

See waht your saying but if you have something decent to start with the final result will be better. It's amazing what can be done with photoshop on a bad picture but I'm a big fan of starting off with something decent and improving it/customizing it

Yeah, sorry guys. I don't think my idea will work in 16 bit color.

I'll have to "MS Paint" something up :P

    Thanks though!!

it will work. Ive done it with something similar before but it took a lot of time to get done right. Theres a program i found once that makes boot screens really easily and doesnt have to run in the background like some do. Ill see if i can find it again. I think you would be better of with one of these 2 http://www.newfoundlandmotorsports.c...15c8cca68a748b http://img192.exs.cx/img192/2959/sigwonft7fr.jpg pics on a white background. With black and blue lettering.

If i get some time this weekend ill see if i can do something for you.

You mean 16 colors Not 16 bit, 16 bit would give 65536 colors
