    StyleXP?

    I haven't heard anyone suggest it, but you could use StyleXP. You can download and/or make all sorts of bootscreens, login screens, and change to pretty well designed windows styles and themes. It runs pretty quiet and doesn't add hardly any time at startup.

    Try going to...

    Start\Run\msconfig

    Click on the Boot.ini tab

    Select /NOGUIBOOT

    Click OK and restart

    This should remove the windows boot screens...
