yeah, it can be done by using the ewfdll.dll function ConfigureEwf() and it'll read the FBA registry entries to create the EWF hidden partition. The registry entries are under the FBA key (I think it's HKLM\SYSTEM\Setup\FBA). I could be wrong though, haven't done much with that in a while....
you can run the function with "rundll32 ewfdll.dll ConfigureEwf"
