They will never be reasonably priced, when compared to a magnetic HDDs, because RAM is expensive compared to magentic platters.

Reasonable in terms of getting a 5-10GB HDD for just an OS disk. I'm willing to pay for a Fast Boot solution that isnt half-assed, like an I-ram + DDR400 + Battery = Bye bye data in 1 week :?.

Guess we'll see how much they cost in a few months.
