For the connected car demo at AFKFest, we want to show off how the internet can add a whole new layer of innovation on top of what we've been doing now for years (media playback, navigation, etc). Things like remote car control, remote logging, statistics
OSDash and other similar web services are the key. OSDash acts as the middleman between you and your car, serving information both ways.
Matt has been hard at work getting mp3car forum integration, the server, and web services up and working. It's been a several month effort in his spare time, but it's up now! There are a couple of initial web services ripe for integration and testing:

To help with the testing (and to get ready for the AFKFest demo), I've integrated a few of these into bluemonkey. It's been working really well and actually integrating with the web services is quite easy. Hopefully we can get integration with openMobile, CF and RR soon.Code:Session Simple Locator Remote Command
