Unfortunately that site is not using a basic static image but 3 or 4 to make up a 3-4 second capture. And the graphic name seems to have some weird coding. At present I am not set up to reverse engineer that ort of thing yet. Maybe in the future.

Unfortunately the graphic filename has the time and date plus some other seemingly random numbers which is ever changing, as with the Italian ones I am not set up to work with those at present, but will look into it.

WoW! Nice work! Its working well here! I had an issue with the clipping region that was in the BMV2 skin, once I removed that, all is well.

Just a couple of questions / possible additions.

Is there any way to use the OSK, either RR's, or one added to your code to enter the search information?

Lastly, is there a way you could make a button code to refresh / reload the cam's manually?

I am going to write a small AI script, so the country can be picked from within the skin, and saved to the .ini file. I have found the more stuff that can be done through the skin the better. Navigating to the traffic folder, opening the .ini, grabbing a keyboard, and entering the info manually is not so easy to do with a 7" screen in the car

Thats not to mention trying to describe to someone how to do it

Is there a list of the abriviations the program uses for the database? I notice you mention the "United States" in one spot, and "US" in another. Just wondering if you are using for example "Germany" or "DE"

Yeah been thinking about that, not sure if the RR one will work, you can give it a try. But I will add an OSK to my todo list.

That's an easy addition will put that in the code now. Expect it in next update.

*edit done for next update, button command REFRESH, will only work on the camera screens though.

I was going to add a button to select the country, but then thought how often will someone go from country to country. Maybe in Europe and I guess US to Canada. But I thought it would be a once only setting and could be done on install.

Germany isn't done yet. Will probably be GE as DE will probably be Denmark.

There was going to be SDK functions available, ie all the commands for the buttons could have been done from an RR skin by using sendmsg, but I am having an issue with the program crashing with an error when closing with that in. Need to investigate.

Not to nitpick, but if I were in Germany, I would never think to use GE. The actual abbreviation is DE (For Deutchland, as the word "German" is an English word, and not even in the German language

) DK Is the code for Denmark.

That would be SWEET! The only drawback I had with the plugin, is I could not make it match my skin, as the colors are set by the user. I just did it in a default black in the mean time, but have the PSD's and could swap em out in a minute.

Thinking about this a bit more, I don't think it would really be that helpful to have buttons on RR send commands to it. On the search screen for instance, there is a listbox and such, with buttons around it. To make it work in a RR skin, all the buttons would be taken off of the app, leaving just a largely empty area with a list box to the right.

If you could find a way to use PNG images, that would be really sweet

A few skins now support transparency (LSX, CrystalBlue, DigitalFX ect) but more are most definately on the way! You could probably get with Guino on that, or pRoFiT, as he just added an OCX with the RR Skin Editor to support PNG's.

If you are not able to add this, I could simply make a skin, and embed the images from the traffic cams folder in it. That would just leave the search screen, that once set, will probably not be needed again very often.

Great job on this man! This is a really sweet app!
