Enforcer, How do you pull coordinates for traffic cams? There are a couple of cams I wanted to ask if you could add (Detroit), Theirs a website but it has know coordinates for them.
Dummy 1
Dummy 2
cool, I'll give it a try, thanks.
Oh yeah, just added (another) new feature for the next release.
holding/pressing a camera image for more than a second will save that image to a folder called Saved Pics with the time and date as the filename (location would be far too long).

If you cant DODGE em, RAM em.
It is very rare for the site to publish the coords.
I'm afraid it is a pretty laborious job of using Google Earth and local knowledge to work out what the coords are by the description (ie road names) and then sometimes comparing the image to what Google Earth shows you.
Hmmm, ok thanks. Well done on Traffic Cams btw.

F^&Ģing Trafficland cameras, testing this last night with your nmea.log, pulled up the nearest cameras, all good, then cameras 2 and 6 were the same, then they were different then they were the same but different from the first time they were the same and so it kept doing this all night always the same two cameras. I kept looking at my code, changing this tweaking that, putting debug code in here there and everywhere. couldn't see where it was going wrong.
Then I pulled the url's for the cameras out put them in two seperate browsers and guess what, the cameras change when refreshed to the other and they just randomlt swap between each other, sometimes the same sometime differently.
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggg hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
Now I have got to go and rebuild all my code again. and Breathe.
OH, if someone else can get me some nmea logs. (JOHNWPB)![]()
They don't normally switch the main part of the URl, just the bit at the end, a few sites do that.
