I do have the 'No image.jpg' in the folder. I will delete it to see what happens.
When I get the error, I hit "Ok" and it closes out. I changed the delay to 10, 20, 30 but if I do 40 and above it works...still testing though to be sure.

Right, this is weird. It was working fine before. I did not use it for some time but when I tried this weekend. I got the message. So, I thought someone happened.

can you post a directory list of your traffic cams directory?
Also add
Debug=True
to the ini file and then attach the debug.txt file.

EDIT: I found the problem....
I went to MS site to lookup the error and it stated that the .dll file (unzip32.dll) needs to be in \windows\system32. So, I did not see the file there and I just copied it over. Now it works fine.
NOTE: I did click on the register file as well.

Strange that it needed to be copied over to there, as normally it works with it being in the directory the program runs from.
