Why convert? Ya know MSFT has Terraserver. You can zoom right in on the spot and get your decimal coordinates right then and there.

Google Earth can do it in decimal as well. that is what I used for the ones I did in the UK

Nothing beats the accuracy of that stuff. I could pin point the cams within 3 inches of the actual location.
