    There is an image that says "This file is locked" or something, and it says I need to have it unlocked. Is this a traffic cam plugin that works with Road Runner, or am I wasting my time?

    OK, How do I find/set locations in the US? I've got all London locations. Why does traffic look so much less congested than in Massachusetts? LoL
