I have come across a very nice free tool which I use with my home theater PC, it solves stand by and usb issues, I think it can be used on the G4 to solve the bt wake up issues (havent tried it yet)
and most likely any other usb wake up issues

I use this on my HTPC. It will help set up standby and stuff but it wont sort any USB issues. Its main advantage is getting windows to go into proper S3 standby when it wasn't initially built that way. It can be used to trigger devcon scripts to sort out USB problems but then so can hibernate trigger.
