hrm, quite strange. i'll try reinstalling .NET again. I am not running it from a network drive so I know that is not it.

Yes, I am verified running .NET SP1, not running it from a network drive. No luck.

Try the Service Pack first (yes, there's one)

If you have PhoCo running, MWI is supposed to run either.

No I dont have phoco, i'll try the service pack again. Even though that is just what I tried.

Oops... my fault. Try to rename WMIBridge.dll to MWIBridge.dll. If that doesn't help, download the ZIP once again.

Please download the Cab once again... it has to be the bad named DLL.
Are you using PowerMate or do you just try to use the Wheel Mouse?

I want to end up using it with the powermate, but for right now I was just going for wheel mouse

ok, so now i've uninstalled .NET framework, reinstalled .NET framework, downloaded the package again and this is what I get
