ok, so now I really feel retarded. The program starts up, then goes to the system tray. I can't get it to respond to either the mouse or the powermate. I tried disabling the powermate in the XML file. Either way it doesnt seem to be listening.

Nevermind, brain fart on my part. I had usemousehook disabled, but I am still having troubles with the powermate. Do I need to configure anything special in the powermate software?

No, you only have to disable UseMouseHook.

Please download the lastest Cab. You'll find a test-app there where you can check the PowerMate interface.

Ok, I downloaded it and ran it. It doesnt seem to have any contact with the powermate. So I tried uninstalling the powermate program, still no effect. I reinstalled the powermate program again, still nothing.
