been having a lot of fun with this software. i also made a little autoit script to pause the music and lock the pc down upon standy/hibernate.

tailor it to your needs and compile it to an .exe, and use a util such as zPilott's DoIt to run at hibernate.

    Code:
    # makes CF the active window and presses the play button to pause the music
    WinActivate ("centrafuse")
    WinWaitActive ("centrafuse")
    MouseClick ("left" , 400, 580 , 1 , 0)

    # starts AccessControl and waits until it's process no longer exists
    # before continuing
    $PID = Run ("c:\program files\accesscontrol\accesscontrol.exe")
    ProcessWaitClose ($PID)

    # makes sure CF is the active window again, then plays a wav file (located in the same directory as the script), and finally unpauses the music
    WinActivate ("centrafuse")
    WinWaitActive ("centrafuse")
    SoundPlay (".\access.wav" , 1)
    MouseClick ("left" , 400, 580 , 1 , 0)

Thanks. I don't think it will work if you happen to be running iGUidance (for example) embedded in CF, in full screen mode.... because in this case, there is no PLAY/PAUSE button on the screen!

yes, a fullscreen embedded application would prevent auto-pausing the music. everything else will still work.

As a workaround, you can have it click HOME button first (which ensures you will see the PAUSE button at the bottom, no matter where you came from) and then continue with the script. Just a thought.

I have quite a lot of experience with AutoIT

You can use some of these functions to determine where you are at, by checking pixel colors...

PixelGetColor: Returns a pixel color according to x,y pixel coordinates.
    PixelGetColor ( x , y )

PixelSearch: Searches a rectangle of pixels for the pixel color provided.
    PixelSearch ( left, top, right, bottom, color [, shade-variation] [, step]] )

PixelChecksum: Generates a checksum for a region of pixels.
PixelChecksum ( left, top, right, bottom [, step] )

Well, it's been about 4 - 5 months now - is the new version completed or is it just on a back burner? There's many of us that have been waiting for a new release!

Is it me, or does Stevieg.org seem to be down? It's pingable....
