    is 'restaurants' missing from anyone elses POI ? I dont see it when using iGmod, but its definitely there when I use just iguidance by itself.

    It got moved to businesses to save menu space. You can move it around if you look at the skin.ini for a while and figure out how it does its actions in iguidance.

    I just finished the BrushMetal skin, just skinned what was already there. I didnt add new icons. If i have time during the week ill do it

    Anyone have a place for me to upload

    Pur-can we change the font and get rid of that yellow box in the next release?

    Ill edit the source in beta 2 release to make the program generated fonts/colors customizable. I was lazy and justified my lazyness concerning the fonts and lables with the idea that the skinners could make their own labels into images, but that really sounds like an assload of work. Instead ill make "custom styles" for the text which can include a couple effects and different background images rather than a solid color.

    I also still need some of the bugs indentified people in the alpha so I can fix them before I push out beta 2. Or ill just spend a bunch of time and find them myself

    Stuff I've found in alpha 4:

    1) Lots of button flickering upon initial load
    2) Starts in MAIN MENU by default. why?!
    3) I see a lot of flickering of iG and IGmod windows when navigating the menus. I realize what it is doing in the 'background', but this is a real fast PC! (P4 2.8 Ghz 800fsb H/T w/ 768 MB RAM)
    4) Is there a delay between the time I click a button, and the time it executes? I notice a 1/2 sec delay when zooming. If I do up/down arrow instead, to bypass igMod, it is immediate.
    5) When I use 'Directions', I can't see the MAP button. All I see is Navigate. Sometimes I just want it to show me the map, which iG allows!
    6) There is a deadlock situation if I do... Special Detination->CityCenter-> ... and then I attempt writing the City name and clicking NEXT. All it does is popup an iG window (off screen, but I can see if because I have dual monitors) and even dismissing etc puts me in a deadlock with constant flickering between screens.

    Explination of some minor flickering: Instead of allowing the user to actually see all the resizing business during loading and the old iguidance menus before a skinned menu, the program sees the command DOMENU in the skin file and screenshots the screen, and makes a big screenwide ontop window containing the image on the topmost window. That way when things are resizing, its all behind the window which looks just like the desktop/frontend/whatever. When this image is dropped, iguidance appears white and attempts to redraw itself. Also as a sideeffect of how igzoom v2 and igmod work, the program is incappable of taking screenshots of the buttons on the iguidance map, so when switching between menus the buttons on the map dissapear for a second.

    Im looking into a better solution for it still. For the time being however, this is more ellegant than allowing the user to see all the crazy resizing that happens.

    Logic bug in the skin file concerning the "no gps is connected window" I think. I see that a bit too and need to fix it, its getting on my nerves. Its not by design choice, thats for sure


    Everything else: Plenty thanks for your investigative work, nearly all of those other bugs are unacceptable in a release. I will investigate and fix them all in the next couple days now (provided I find time between studying for my classes)
