Update: Ive put like 15 hours of work into a system of not loading duplicate images if only one image is on screen at a time. Or something like that. Anyway it will save memory, rather than loading 100 button down images it loads one.

First of all, PURDoom, you are my new Hero (the Tick was getting a bit stale anyway...) You rock dude.

I finished reading the whole thread, and found answers to 2 of my questions, which is sweet. here's another though. I have RR but haven't actually tried it in there yet. When RR loads, will it load IGMod at startup too, or only when you press the "GPS" button?

And when skinning, is it as simple as changing the bmps? Or is that a premature question?

I cant answer the skinning question but igmod will work the same way as iguidance in terms of how its started. You can add igmod to the rrconfig to allow it to start with rr but only something major changes its not gonna work like mappoint/phoco do

Skinningwise the skin code is a bit more complicated right now than just changing images (unless your images are the same size/position) but im working on simplyfying that by allowing individual skins to have different "diffs" of them.

So for the ICE skin there is the Centrafuse 1.4 ICE skin and the CF based RR skin right now. More to come!

Coding, well it goes... gimme time, it should be worth it.

To answer my own question, yes it does load automatically when RR starts.

Thanks for the other info! At least I can start making buttons that go somewhat with my skin. I'm not concerned about their shape or position. Yet.

Another question: When RR is running & it's using igm, why can I see the "Start" bar in winxp? If I click the RR button in the start bar, the startbar goes away appropriately.

I had that problem with iguidance w/o igmod too. I just set my taskbar to not be always on top, and that solved the problem.

I know its probably a little late, but can you also update the download link in the first post?

I was using beta21d for a while until i read through the whole thread and found the latest release insted, igmodpreview3 DOH!

Anyways, the prog is working 1000x better, can't wait for the latest release.

And just a little request, could you take out the 'are you sure' screen when you try and close the program? In RR it doesnt close the program completly when I click 'close' on CFX skin, or maybe add that as an option to turn it off?

But thanks for this truely great program

Thanks, that did the trick. Shame on me for not remembering that.

Nick, I think it's taken out already, and will be in the next release. I agree it's a PITA.

I did find another odd issue. When I hit the zoom out button, it redrew the screen, and then infinately cycled the redraw, disabling all the buttons, cycling very fast, and rederning the program useless. This was while in RR. I couldn't even get out of RR. I had to end it from the task window.
