Hi i´m using the maps for germany and i have problems finding city´s with the umlauts ü ö ä ...... in them, as i live in a city called göppingen it´s a bit anoying not to find my home city.....GaroNav RC1 Released! Look at the first post for details.
Big release, from now on only bugfix. Please report me ANY bug!

Hey Garo, is it possible to change the POI search so that you don't have to specify a category? For example, if I enter McDonald, it would find all business named McDonald around me.
This is one of the features I want to implement in the next version!

Man, I love this app. Great job, garo. I like how you totally skinned the Address and POI screens (and not just halfassed it like Map Monkey). I love the full-text search, too.
Got several questions on how to integrate it to RR, though.
1. Can I use RR to pull in info like ETA, ETR like I could with Map Monkey? Also, can I use RR buttons to send commands to GaroNav?
2. If I set the default size to 800x600, when trying to embedded GaroNav into a smaller window RR, it freaks out at first and tries to take focus of the whole screen. (See screen shot). If I click back to Main Menu, then click back to GaroNav, it'll be fine. However, some buttons will be hidden due to the difference in screen size between the default size (in Main.skin) and RR's embedded window size. Is there an easy way to fix this issue?
(Notice how the blue Menu button is cut off. Also the text that says "Current Position" is also cut off. Both are set to be at x=0).
3. Another problem is that when you execute a "CLOSE" command in RR to close GaroNav, it doesn't close gracefully. I think an instance still remains in Task Manager. Right now I have to close GaroNav using the Menu button first.
