Hi Zorro, any luck yet ? If you need some help let me know, haven't had much experience with programming the Smartphone OS, but I'm sure I can work it out
Matt.
Nope, sorry... all I know for now is, that it needs a service which has to emulate almost all capabilities of the phone (phonebook reading, SMS, call notifications ...) and that's pretty much work to be done.
The Symbian was easier...
If you like to get involved into this, you're welcome.

Im only able to use PhoneControl with my 6600 for dialing only. Should i be able to talk via PC too and accept incoming calls or is the only thing that is 'supported' just dialing and then pick up the phone to talk?![]()
You're supposed to do everything. Read the "Widcomm 4 thread" for the "talking" thing.
The only things not supported is reading the phonebook and receiving SMS.
I'm sure, I gave this answer already...

Hey zorro, I don't know if you've heard of it, but there's a program called SendSMS and ReadSMS (it's freeware too!) that allows the user to send and read sms on their computer. Maybe contacting the author can help you with interfacing with smartphones?
Here's the link to his site (http://www.smartphone.roodyn.com/) (For some reason, I have to use IE to view the site properly, FireFox wouldn't do it for me)
Thanx, I'll take a look into it![]()
