Have tried with 6230 - can only make outgoing calls withCarPC anyway i canwire up the SMS and phonebook also - i have the Widicome (spelling!) BT

Hi!

I have installed the program in my pc but it doesn't work.

I open it, (in the fist time i have to choose language an com port), a icon is displayed in tray icons but nothing happens. Even if I click in the icon.

My computer is a Acer Laptop and I'm planning to use it via irda with my 6230

mmmm I have seen this before. I think it is an OS issue. In the past, the only way I got around this was a clean install of the OS. Make sure you have the right chipset drivers as well. I know this sounds far fetched, but it worked for me. I hope it is something much easier to fix that I didn't know about.

The icon shown in the SysTray fro your screenshot tells me, that it hangs on initialization. Please send me the logfile.
Did you thake care that your COM port is anywhere between 1 and 16?
Also did you install IrComm2K?

Well it´s working

I have unnistalled the 2 programas again for a several times, but this time it works.

I think that the problem wasn't with the phonecontrol, but with the irda IrComm2K. For the first times i configured it for com2, but it defines for com8.

Now it's working. Well... almost. I can only make calls, and when i receive one it don't display who's calling. Can't access to my phonebook or msgs. Maybe because it's connecting via irda (?).
