I wanted to try and use the SP2 native drivers instead of the widcomm, but am having problems. I have a t68i and I can tell XP sp2 to pair with the phone an it works, but with the t68i in order to get the headset and audio gateway you have to initiate the pair from the phone. So I set XP sp2 to allow discovery and Discover on my phone. It finds the computer and asks for the passkey, but fails to pair. The computer never pops ups and asks for the passkey.. Basically I can't make my phone initiate the pair with the XP SP2 drivers... Any suggestions?

SP2 BT stack does not support audio profiles.

Well that would explain it... way to go microsoft....

My problem is, when I run either of the unzipped exe files, I get a filenotfound exception. I haven't even installed it yet.
I know I meet the requirements for the program. Am I missing something?

Make sure that you have downloaded "PhoneCtlSetup.zip", extract it into a temp directory and run Setup.exe.

Just put the Belkin/Widdcom drivers on an SP2 machine, it won't even see the hardware, the Microsoft BT Enumerator takes over, without (it appears) a way to stop it.

I'm stuck with Verizon. I'd like to get a phone compatible with PhoneControl.
I particularly like the Nokia 6310i. If I get an unlocked 6310i, can I program/use it with Verizon?
What other Bluetooth phone will work with verizon. (and Phonecontrol)
Their selection on phones sucks.

I can confige almost everything and did the skin in my way.

The ONLY problem confused me is double character

in order to make Chinese displayed on phonebook (interface display always OK)

and it doesn't work
even my IE can not recognize the xml file (see pic below). what shall I do?

Chinese characters was divided into two groups: simplified Chinese and Big5 Chinese

I have read the success discussion of BIG5 on mp3car.com
and still no idea to fix it up

in simple words:

it say 'do not support conversion from update codec to the request one'
