Can PhoCo starts as minimized at startup?

The PhoneControl works perfectly, but I have one small problem.

At the bootup of carPC, PhoneControl comes up on top of MediaCar. I can just click mini button to get to MediaCar, but I was thinking it would be better for me if that starts up as minimized. Since I don't use phone that much in car.

I looked thru the config file but I didn't find anything about that.

    Could this be done?

Yeah... you should have looked into the documentation

There are two options you can put into you <MainWindow> section:
    1. Set <StartupMode>Hidden</StartupMode>
    2. Set <AutoHideTimeout>n</AutoHideTimeout> whereas n is any value greater then 0

First will hide PhoCo at startup, second after n seconds idle time.
    Skinning to go... VisualDesigner2!

I knew that had to be there somewhere.
PhoneControl is too good to be missing that feature

    Thanks for your help.

I have found this is not good ......

I have found this is not good ......
move usb devices around and add a hub !!!

    the system went haywire..

Phone control didn't know which end was up cuz the BT dingle was in another spot.. it thought that the GPS antenna was it I guess, Plus I've had 4 WiFi USB adapters on there at once....

So, right now, I'm re-doing the system..... needed to put it on the laptop drive anyway, instead of a 8 year old desktop drive..

Good news, DVD gets power from PS2 while on USB2, FM transmitter gets power from USB1, 80211.g USB works better than 80211.b ORiNOCO pcmcia card, GPS antenna(USB1) working fine, but confused. and of course the touchscreen usb is OK.... unless you want to touch it...

should have spent an extra $10 for a usb2 hub instead of USB1

long night ahead.. gotta get things right and then do a Lilliput to indash DWW unit..... remove sections of my Porsche to install (i.e. cut stuff )( must not anger the Porsche Gods )..

Going on a very short trip ( old work commute) to LA on Saturday.. feel it's a good test of functionality of things..

Dest 3.11 all the way baby !!!!!!!!!!!
I take the wrong turn on purpose, just to hear the " U-Turn ahead 50 feet " using my PPC......

hell, If my sister can pay $400 to get : oil change, inspection, tire rotate, alignment, EASY serpintine belt, glue molding, replace brakelight ( 30K checkup-- yeah right ).. well, I can blow a few $$ on the P Car
Then they wanted to charge her $300 (front) $200 (rear) for breaks JUST PADS !!!!!!!!!!!!! ( EDIT ) CHEVY- Camaro

wel, mind you, I'll be doing her breaks next week !!!

what was this thread about ????

    Which one ...

    OK, grabin for them now...

    SanDisk ( 128MB + 80211.b Compact Flash ) mainly for PPC
ORINOCO 80211.b GOLD PC Card ( many)
ORINOCO 80211.B GOLD usb Client ( Big tower w/ above card in it )
Airlink USB dongle 80211.G ( this thing is great.. low on distance, but great on sensitivity ) $24 Frys (outpost.com)

The PC cards have antenna connections, which is a plus. and really don't need (g) speed when surfing....

should have bought more Airlinks on sale
