I just figured out that my favourite tool for creating / editing XML files XMLSpy Home Edition is now available for free (why did I pay for?? ).

If you need to edit the XML files coming with PhoCo (or any other XML ), I want to recommend you to use this tool (in case you don't have your own favourite tool).
