I'm getting a licensing error message since installing this version (using D-Link DBT-120).
I need to play around with it some more, but does the error indicate an issue with the patch or .inf?

Hi there,
You can upload it to my webspace if you want, so anybody can download it.Quote:

How did you apply the patch? The 5 files should be put inside the SVCPACK folder in the Widcomm installer directory. If you have gotten it correct you will be asked if you want to overwrite the existing SVCPACK.INI file.Quote:

Chaos_666: Thanks for the offer. I'll upload the file to mine when I get in (I am not uploading 40megs over GPRS!), if you could just copy it to your site and provide the URL that will be fantastic.
:tard: thanks, missed the fact that the patched files need to be in the SVCPACK subdirectory.
Thanks.
Hi there
This is possible, but due to my little upload-speed (128k), this could last.Quote:

Do i have to uninstall my original widcomm drivers first??
It is probably safer to do this, yes.Quote:

What do you mean by "just install it like a normal program". I changed it to an exe, and I double clicked it. A dos window opened, and that was it. It closed, and nothing else happened. Is it installed?Quote:
