So he files a claim with USPS, and tells them the shipment was lost!
I myself called USPS to verify the claim, and this is what they told me. When I confront him about it being 'lost', he said he didn't tell them that...
Well, who's going to benefit from him telling them that? Me??
    Right...

By not paying with my credit card, I have no hope of reversing the charges on a kit missing parts, and he knows this...
He probably took the stem/sensor from my kit (and had no way of selling it until now!) to give to a customer who showed up at his door complaining about a malfunctioning sensor!

This is just my experience with him...I'm just telling you my story...

Well me being a heavy duty online shopper have learned to honor peoples experiences.... If the sistuation with order directely from SF falls through, then I will have no choice, but i will be sure to use a credit card...... Plus I can be a very annoying person... i received a dead pixel on one of my Lilliputs and sent it back, it came back and i swear it was the same screen, but with a diffrent serial number sticker. It had the same dead pixel in the same exact spot. I became angry and started threatening... i just got screen 3 today... i see that the insides are the same (I marked it in a certain way to know it was the last screen i had) If this one has the same issue, im sending consumer services and the better business bureaus on him...... I had someone sell me a truck and 3 months later the engine exploded, the dealership tried to screw me and i called both these places and they took the car back..... Its just amazing how some people are just so dishonest.... makes me sick to my stomach...

Well, I got an email back from Tony at 3rd Eye. The prices that aveigal posted are accurate. Tony also told me that additional sensors for the system would only be $18! I have asked Tony to work up some pricing for 20 sets including shipping to the U.S.

Now I am not sure how to go about this since we can't expect Tony to drop ship 40 orders to individual people. One person would probably have to order all the units and them ship them out individually. This would mean the overall price would go up a little.

The one thing I REALLY need to know though, is how many people would be sincerely interested in one of these systems at the following prices (NOT including shipping to your individual local). This will give us a better idea of the numbers of units that we are looking at. The price breaks start at 300 units, so this will pretty much be the per unit pricing.:

    TE800T - 4 wheels @ $125.00 USD
    TE805T - 5 wheels @ $140.00 USD
    Additional sensor - 1 @ $18.00 USD

PM me if you would be genuinely interested in one of these TPMS units. Let me know the following info:
-What you are interested in, and how many
    -Where you live

Since I am not sure if this is getting into the area of a Group Buy, we may have to move this off boards. I guess I will let the mods decide about that.

    1. yes this is in the relms of Group Buy, so my guess is off board.

    2. 300 hundred units is very high and someone is going to have to lay out a lot of cash to get them. To get 300 people to say yes is going to be difficult, but to get 300 people to say yes and actually follow through is not going to happen.

    3. Yes there is a three but I can't think of it just yet.

Besides the TPMS kit, what else would be needed in order to have this kit complete? I would be willing to host the purchase and have all members pay me and I can do the shipping to the local US addresses.

    Hello,
I have dealt with Tony at SF Elctronics, and he is absolutely professional. Everything very well packed, and shipped on time, no problems.

You will have to do a telegraphic money transfer to their Office in Kuala Lumpur though, best way to do it.

    Hope this helps.

Off board it will be then...

We do not need an order of 300 parts, but that is where the next price break will be. I think we will need an order of about 20 sets though.

Anyone that is interested, I guess just send me an email at: lyhtspd at gmail dot com. I don't want this to drag on for anyone, so if I don't get enough for this purchase within 2 weeks (March 26th), then I won't even bother with it. If you are interested, then email me and I will go over the details with you.
