IMO, if it is done via pm this is still a breach of the rules (I have asked for a clarification), but I suppose what you do via email is up to you.

Im decide that I will produce new 20 boards. I will have it builded in 10-14 days. I will sell it only with plastic cases(board with all elements + plastic case)...
When I will have prepared it I will tell. I will not take orders before I have it prepared...

Hi,
I can't answer you because I don't have all material. When I have it I will tell that I have completed boards and then ask me for prices(by PM)...

About receiver and sensors I don't know if in europe is any seller...

As is called the manufacturer of that receiver and sensors?? I can look for in Germany where I those buy can, must only know as the kit am called.

I believe you should read the very first posts of this thread!
A few weeks ago I saw a german web site that was selling the TPMS kit but right now I can't remember the name.

These sites look like they are carrying the 3rd Eye systems, although they appear to have been rebranded/boxed for the German market.
It may be worthwhile giving them a telephone call before ordering to confirm that they were sourced from 3rd eye in malaysia http://www.the3rdeye.com.my/fcom.html.

However both these sites do appear to be on the expensive side @ 300 Euro ($470/£237) + shipping, compared to the wholesale price, some mark-up even with distribution costs!
